The tour starts with an introduction about the history and the current situation in Palestine. It continues by car or mini bus to several stops in the Bethlehem area to get a better understanding of the geo-political reality of  the native people. You will see Israeli settlements, the Wall at different places and in different shapes,  Israeli only by-pass-roads and a refugee camp in the middle of Bethlehem. The tour includes a lunch. Very interesting tour where you learn so much about the West Bank situation and the roots of the conflict. Our local guide took us in many places around Beit Sahour and Bethlehem and it’s definitely worth being there to understand rather than read any book. This was the highlight of our trip to Palestine.

I booked the political tour in Bethlehem/Beit Sahour. And it was really eyeopened. Our local guide showed us the reality and gave us so many examples for the politics and the currently situation of the palastinians. The palastinians are such good hosts, that they never would show us their real feelings, but it’s necessary to be informed! So this initative has be supported!
