Join a local chef in a tasting journey to the old city of Jerusalem, a trail focused on local Palestinian food, its history and the stories and people behind it. The trail includes tastings fresh local flavors at different spots beloved by the locals.
On the journey, we would taste the most typical Palestinian dishes, such as: the famous Jerusalem sesame bread, hummus, falafel, manaquish, quish and much more.

    • Tahina facility dating back to the Ottoman empire
    • Hummus & Falafel restaurant
    • Traditional underground local bakeries
    • Spices and herbs shop
    • Sweets factory
    • A hidden coffeehouse on via Dolorosa and more

The tastings are 100% vegetarian and possibly vegan on request.
The journey takes about 3 hours, starting at Damascus gate and finishes on via Dolorosa,
