Mosaics are part of the Palestinian cultural heritage, most prominently in Jericho, home of some of the Middle East’s best mosaics.

At the Mosaic Center of Jericho, participants will learn about the mosaic making process from design to completion, practicing cutting techniques with ceramic and glass tiles. A team of experienced mosaic artists will help you throughout the process of making a unique mosaic of your own from Palestinian natural stone, that you will take home with you.

The tour ends with an optional guided visit to Hisham Palace, home to one of the world’s largest mosaic carpets and the famous “Tree of Life” mosaic.
